Return and Exchange Policy:
1. Opening the package in the presence of the courier: You can open the package immediately upon receiving it in the presence of the courier to verify the contents of your order.
2. Exchanging or Returning the product: If you wish to exchange or return the product, you can hand it back to the courier at the time of delivery.
3. Inspecting the product before accepting: To ensure your satisfaction, we recommend inspecting the product in the presence of the courier before accepting the order. Returns or exchanges are not available once the courier has left.
4. Shipping costs in case of exchange: In the event of an exchange after the product is delivered, the new order will incur new shipping charges.

سياسة الإستبدال والإسترجاع:
١. فتح الشحنة في وجود المندوب: يمكنكِ فتح الشحنة فور إستلامها في وجود المندوب للتأكد من محتويات الطلب.
٢. إستبدال أو إسترجاع المنتج: في حال رغبتِ في إستبدال أو إسترجاع المنتج، يمكنك تسليم المنتج للمندوب مرة أخرى في وقت إستلامه.
٣. التأكد من المنتج قبل التسليم: حرصاً منا على راحتكم، نوصي بمعاينة المنتج في وجود المندوب قبل إستلام الطلب حيث أنه غير مُتاح الإستبدال او الإسترجاع بعد مغادرة المندوب.
٤. مصاريف الشحن في حالة الإستبدال: في حالة إستبدال المنتج بعد تسليمه للمندوب، سيتم شحن الأوردر الجديد بمصاريف شحن جديدة.
